In 2022, I co-led a team in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Affordable Housing Development Competition. Our first-prize winning proposal integrated architectural design, community engagement, sustainability, and financing. Putting together our 50-page development package, I saw firsthand what goes into affordable housing development in the U.S.
