About

Hanneke van Deursen is a writer, researcher, and designer who specializes in affordable housing. Her research on the Dutch social housing system has led her to work with city governments in the United States that are looking for new models that offer long-term solutions to housing affordability issues. Hanneke holds a research masters from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University.
